We minimized user fatigue through simple authentication-based sign-up and intuitive input forms, while standardizing the reservation process into three core steps for a seamless user flow. The AI pre-diagnosis and customized hospital booking features on the main screen immediately answer the question of "where to go," and a calendar interface allows for integrated management of past and future medical schedules. By introducing a QR code reception system for immediate on-site use, we provide an optimized user experience that enables fast check-ins with minimal touch.
